Terms
The right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason) can be exercised by the customer-consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity).
To exercise this right, the customer must send Il Faggio Giardini S.r.l. a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Please note: Customers who purchase with VAT cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
1. The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
2. In order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, that it be placed in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product is prohibited);
3. The shipment, until the arrival in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer whose costs are at his expense, as specified in point 8.6 of our sales conditions; The Faggio Giardini S.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. They will not be collected in any case parcels on delivery or in port assigned.
Refund to the customer
Subject to any costs of restoration for damage ascertained to the original packaging Il Faggio Giardini S.r.l. will refund to the customer the amount already paid for the product, excluding transport costs, by cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide their bank details (IBAN code)
EU external customer refunds
The shipping cost for the return of the purchased product is borne by the customer and for countries outside the EU at the final refund will be deducted the costs of import taxes.
When the right of withdrawal lapses
The right of withdrawal expires in cases where Il Faggio Giardini S.r.l. ascertains:
1. Partial use of the goods;
2. The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
4. Damage to the product by causes other than its transport.
In the cases indicated above, Il Faggio Giardini S.r.l. will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping costs.
Communications and complaints
All communications or any complaints of the Customer against Il Faggio Giardini S.r.l. regarding the Purchase Contracts must be addressed to Customer Service by writing to: info@vanillaoutdoor.com
Place of jurisdiction
The Purchase Contract between the Customer and Il Faggio Giardini S.r.l. is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. The Judicial Authority of Modena will be competent for any dispute.
