Mandatory Provision of Your Data The personal data processed through the installation of both technical cookies and analytical cookies (since the IP address is not treated in clear) are necessary to ensure proper navigation within the site. In particular, the interested party has the right to:

  • Verify the correctness of your data and request its update or correction;
  • Obtain the restriction of processing when certain conditions are met. In this case, the Data Controller will not process the data for any other purpose than their storage;
  • Obtain deletion or removal of your personal data, when certain conditions are met;
  • Receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, obtain its unimpeded transfer to another data controller when the data is processed with automated tools;
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.
To exercise the rights of the Data Subject, the Data Subjects may address a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. Requests are processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
